Well, we're getting to the end of our soup series; we'll finish up November with one last soup then for the month of December, we are going to feature guest bloggers. We hope that you enjoy those!
But let's get on to this week's soup!
2 pounds of hamburger meat
2 cans of Ranch style beans
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
4-6 potatoes, cut up into small chunks
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans of tomato sauce
Brown the hamburger meat and drain. In a large pot, add potatoes and 2-3 cups of water. Cook about 1 hour on medium low heat. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Cook for 30 minutes; then add the rest of the vegetables. Stir and cook for another 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
